Donna Eden defines 10 different Radiant Circuits, including called the two Bridge Flows. The yin bridge flow travels on the front of the body and the yang bridge flow travels on the back of the body. These pathways represent connections, be it physical, emotional, or spiritual. In the case of yin bridge, if it is out of balance, a person may feel disconnected from the self. One of the Energy Medicine protocols for balancing the Radiant Circuits is called the Anchor and Wander technique. While there are many ways to revive a radiant circuit that has gone dormant, Anchoring and Wandering is the deepest way to strengthen those circuits. I had the opportunity to do this protocol today for a client who had difficulty feeling connected to his physical body. Afterwards, my client reported a sense of sustained awareness of his entire body whereas previously he had experienced an emptiness or disconnect from different areas of the body. A simple method to activate this circuit is to trace 3 hearts on the torso with both hands beginning between the breasts, coming straight up to just beneath the collarbone, making the heart shape around the outside of the breasts and coming together a few inches below the navel.
