For some people, the new year really does start out with a bang. Within just a few days, I learned of 2 acquaintances who fell and broke a bone in their arms. There are so many Energy Medicine techniques for pain, some more complicated than others. But most of them are quite simple to do. One of the easiest, and often the most effective, is to simply trace figure 8′s in the air over the area of pain. Another simple one is to move the hand in counter-clockwise circles over the area of pain. Eden Energy Medicine doesn’t employ too many tools, and the ones we use are certainly not high tech. One that we often use, that is particularly useful as a broken bone protocol, are low intensity magnets with a hole in the center, like the ones you can find at Radio Shack. There are several precautions about using magnets. For example, you don’t want to use them on a diabetic, a pregnant woman, or someone who has metal in their body in the area you want to use the magnet, or someone who has a pacemaker. Also, some people are very sensitive to magnets and in those cases, you would not do this protocol that I am about to describe. If you feel certain that you or the person you are helping can tolerate magnet work, then tape the North side of the magnet on the wound if it is not open, place another magnet, north side above the break, and another magnet, south side, below the break. You can use a compass to determine the north side and the south side, unless you happen to know the special Energy Medicine technique for discovering that information.
